1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Account and order data: name, email address, billing details and the products you purchase. Card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Community data: your membership status, the email used for access, and any content you post inside the community.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, referring source, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels from Meta and similar platforms and our first-party analytics.
3. How we use it
To provide membership access and billing, to send order, billing and renewal emails, to answer support requests, to improve the site and community, to measure and run advertising, and to comply with law. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who need it to operate the service: our payment processor, email and community platforms, analytics and advertising partners, and professional advisers, each bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Cookies and advertising

6. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a member and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers. No system is perfectly secure; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
9. Age
The site and community are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
