What exactly am I paying for?
A $9 one-time entry into the Ascend Research Community plus a 7-day free trial of the full membership. After the trial the membership is $49.99 per month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and it never bills.
Do you sell peptides or any research compounds?
No. Ascend Research does not sell, ship or take payment for any compound. We publish vendor testing, pricing guidance and an ordering walkthrough so you can buy direct from vetted vendors and skip the reseller markup.
What is inside?
A vetted vendor list with direct links, third-party test results on the vendors we track, pricing guidance on what a vial should cost, scam and red-flag training, a step-by-step ordering walkthrough, and access to member group buys.
Vetting
How do you vet vendors?
Vendors on the list are backed by independent third-party test results on real lots and a track record we keep updated. Vendors with failed lots or unresolved complaints are flagged or removed. Results relate to the lot tested and are not a guarantee of future lots.
Are you affiliated with the vendors?
No. Vendors are independent businesses. We are not paid by them for placement and we are not responsible for their products or service.
Access and billing
How do I get access after paying?
Your access details are sent to the email on your order shortly after checkout. If anything is missing, reply to the confirmation email or contact support.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the link in your billing emails, from your account page, or by emailing support@ascendresearchco.com. No calls, no hoops. See the Billing and Refund Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: the $9 entry fee is refundable within 14 days on request, and any membership charge taken after you tried to cancel is refunded. Full details are in the Billing and Refund Policy.
Who can join?
Adults 21 and older using the information for lawful laboratory research purposes.
