1. Who we are and what this is
Ascend Research is a paid membership community operated by GRANTECOM LLC (trading as Ascend Research), 30 N Gould St, Ste R #25123, Sheridan, WY 82801. We publish third-party vendor testing summaries, pricing guidance, scam and red-flag education, an ordering walkthrough and coordinate member group buys. Ascend Research does not manufacture, sell, ship, store or take payment for any research compound. Any purchase you make from a vendor is a transaction between you and that vendor.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available only to adults who are at least 21 years of age and who use the information for lawful laboratory research purposes. By joining you confirm that you meet these requirements and that joining and using the information is legal where you live.
3. Research use only. No medical advice.
Everything published in the community, including vendor test results, pricing and ordering guidance, is provided for informational and research purposes only. Any material you obtain from a third-party vendor is intended solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. It is not for human consumption, not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Nothing in the community is medical advice, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Do not rely on any information in the community as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
4. Third-party vendors
Vendors referenced in the community are independent businesses. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or responsible for any vendor, their products, their pricing, their shipping or their compliance with law. Test results we publish reflect the specific lot tested at the time of publication and do not guarantee any future lot. Vendor status can change at any time. You are solely responsible for evaluating any vendor and for any order you place.
5. Membership, billing and cancellation
- Community entry is a one-time fee of $9, charged at checkout.
- Full membership begins with a 7-day free trial that starts at checkout. When the trial ends, your saved payment method is charged $49.99 and then $49.99 every month on the same day until you cancel.
- You will not be charged for the membership if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime from the link in your billing emails, from your account page, or by emailing support@ascendresearchco.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid.
- Prices are in US dollars. We may change the membership price with at least 30 days notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

6. Access and delivery
Membership is a digital service. Nothing ships. Access details are sent to the email address on your order. You are responsible for keeping that address current and for the security of your login.
7. Acceptable use
Content inside the community is for your personal use as a member. You may not copy, resell, publish or redistribute the vendor list, test results or other member content, share your access with non-members, harass other members, or use the community for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate membership for violations without refund.
8. Testimonials and results
Any member statements displayed on this site reflect individual experiences. Savings and outcomes vary by member, by vendor and by what is ordered. We make no guarantee of any particular saving.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The community and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRANTECOM LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the community or from any transaction with a third-party vendor, including loss of funds, product quality, delivery, customs or legal consequences. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Intellectual property
The site, brand and all community content are owned by GRANTECOM LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or inside the community. Continued membership after a change means you accept it.
